Where is April Going???

Are you enjoying the lovely sunshine???

I know I am... I've spent lots of time going for walks with my neighbour and her dog, time in the garden and time with Family! I haven't spent any time crafting... I think my Mojo took itself on holiday when mr sunshine showed his sunny face... not good when you have lots of birthdays and fairs coming up... so Monday I will be spending time on crafting... Cross fingers I can actually come up with something half decent! I recently Purchased This Lovely Class from the ever so talented and very clever Val... I will be making 2 of these for my FSIL's whose birthdays are within days of each other... 29th April & 2nd May... hoping they turn out ok and they like them!

Tomorrow I will be visiting all my neighbours with a little Easter Treat for them :)

Val... Thank-You for the lovely comments... Casing is ohhhh soo allowed from this blog... I truely believe in the Care And Share Everything Moto of the Crafting World!

I will be back a bit later with a lovely special offer for all you lovely Stampin' Up Customers Considering becoming a Demonstrator... but for now I'm off to grab an ice-cream and sit in the garden with Mr Sunshine :)

Until Next Time... HUGS 'n' XXX

I'm here again...

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen :)

So how did we enjoy the Blog Hop/Marathon... there were so many amazing creations... isn't the New Mini Catalogue absolutely Fantabulous... my wishlist just keeps growing and growing!

I'm back... been fighting off a stinking cold for the last few weeks now... crossing fingers it's finally on it's way out as I have sooo much to do!

I have an Easter Fair at the boys school this weekend so have been trying to get some more cards made... panicing that I don't have enough or they won't be good enough or that people will think they are too exepensive etc etc etc. I had hoped to make so many more cards than I have but this cold just knocked me for six... even at the Peterborough Training Event last Sunday I just wasn't feeling myself... I came home with my projects to finish, which I will be showing over the next few days.

Ok so here are a couple of Men's cards that I have made...

Stamp... Motorcycle
Cardstock... Basic Black, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla
Ink... Basic Black
Ribbon... White Organza
Punches... Scallop Oval, Oval

Very simple but very elegant for the gentlemen in your life... I absolutely love it!

Stamp Set... Plane & Simple
Cardstock... Basic Black, Real Red, Basic Grey, Whisper White
Ink... Basic Grey
Embossing Folder... Square Lattice
Punches... Modern Label Extra-Large, Word Window Large
Brads... Silver

Again... nice and simple!

I have a few more men's cards to show but Blogger is being a pain and not showing them properly... I wouldn't want you to get neck strain from trying to look at them sideways so will try and show them over next few days too... hopefully Blogger will sort itself out... I hope you liked the creations shown today and keep coming back for more :D

Until Next Time... Hugs 'n' XXX

P.S... You may notice I have added a Sale Page... I am having a 'major' clear-out of all my craft supplies as I need to create a bit of space... you know the old situation of 'new out must have... NOW' and then never use... hmmm... well I used to be like that and have accumulated way tooo much stash that is sat being unloved, so time for it to go onto new homes where it will get the love it needs! Please do keep checking as I will be adding things quite often and will add piccies where possible!

A couple of photo's of the set!

I decided on the Strength & Hope Stamp Set in Basic Black & Pirouette Pink because this set is Stampin' Up's Charity Set, for every set sold they will donate £1 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation... this set is so close to everyone's heart as ther is no-one I know that hasn't been touched at some point in their lives by this! This set will be used quite a lot by myself and i'm hoping all my customers & future customers will also help in our aid... It's quite close to my heart as I have lost relatives and many friends to this... I have a Dear Dear Friend going through it at this moment in time... I will be matching Stampin' Up's contribution for every set I sell and the donations will be going to St Gemma's Hospice as they do an amzing job of looking after everyone. I know we have to raise money towards finding a cure but we also need to give those going through it to help in getting them better care too! St Gemma's was there for my relative's and many of my friend's relatives... we need to give them our support to help keep them going! I would love to do Race for Life but I am personally not fit enough this year so this will be my contribution as well as my Hugs in Mugs (that's for another post) towards it... I hope you will all help me in the journey to raise some pennies for both sides... so please purchase this set!

Your next stop on the Blog Train is the lovely Val

I Couldn't Resist...

Sharing a card created as part of a Mini Catalogue Swap, organised by Demo's to boost our display boards, so we can show you many many ways of using the products... it also gives us Demo's some inspiration when needed because just like everyone who is creative, we also lose our Mojo's from time to time!I created 30 of these as I joined in 3 swaps, which were groups of 10... I can't wait to see what swaps I get back... it's like waiting for Christmas :D

Please excuse poor photo, but I was just soo eager to show you something, using the much awaited BIGSHOT and EMBOSSING FOLDERS and lots of gorgeous EXCLUSIVE DIES!!!

Stampers 10/Virtual Hostess Club!

If you are interested but wondering how this works, here is how!!!
Would you like SU goodies every month, this is an opportunity to build up a collection of Stampin Up goodies over 10 months with a very small monthly commitment. It means you can earn hostess benefits without having to host a party and spread the cost over 10 months!

Here Is How It Works... I Need 10 People
  • Each month you commit to ordering a minimum of £15 worth of product on the same date each month.
  • One of the months you will be the virtual hostess so you will be entitled that month to a minimum of a FREE level 1 hostess set and £15 worth of FREEBIES from the catalogue
  • At the end of the 10 months all the 10 customers will have had a chance at being the hostess.
  • Goodies will be subject to a postage charge if you are not able to collect.
If you like the sound of it and would like to join please let me know. You may like to know that there are LOADS of gorgeous new things in the Main & Mini Catalogues!!(wink wink!!)
Bye for now
